What if Peter Piper didn’t pick pickled peppers at all…but picked pineapple instead?! Such “what-ifs” may haunt many of us, but fortunately, this scenario is a happy one…especially for lovers of delicious libations looking for something devoid of alcohol. This scrumptious, summery mocktail, called the Peter Piper, combines pineapple, passionfruit and lime juices, white balsamic vinegar and black pepper (okay, so Peter is still kinda up to his old tricks) for juicy, spicy wonderfulness, courtesy of the bar team at NoMad London over in the U.K.
